We had been thinking about a new car for myself for awhile and my husband knew I really wanted a VW hatchback. I had rented one a few years ago and the driving experience never left my memory. We were immediately greeted by Deni whose professionalism and enthusiasm made my day. Deni did not try to corner me into any decision and he kept asking open ended questions. He let me lead the way and did not pressure me at all. With great patience he showed me three different cars, trying to help me find the one I had driven. Once in the vehicles his knowledge knew no bounds. Deni could tell you anything about the car and even helped me jack the seat up because I am kind of short. Deni never pressured us into committing to anything and patiently waited for my husband and I to reach out to him. Deni did not try to up sell us on anything we did not need and it was at my insistence that we switched from the VW Golf Sportwagen to the Limited edition Golf Sportwagen. Deni even stayed two hours past closing time to make sure everything was finished to our satisfcation. All I can say is their customer service is SUPERB! Our sales person, Joshua Williams was patient, understanding and appreciative of our time. He got us through the process smoothly and we chose a great car for our daughter which she was very pleased with. He was actually new to the VW family but this was not noticeable at all. He was professional, knowledgeable of his vehicles and took care of us well. We now have to VW in the family and Stone Mountain VW and Joshua is who we will deal with from this point forward as it pertains to our cars. More
