Most people get nervous and doubtful, because they figure there's going to be some sales rep pushing them to get something they don't need and taking them for all of their money. I had my doubts just like anyone before I was introduced to them. I never leased a vehicle before and knew nothing about leasing. Yet I opened myself up to leasing my first car with them in 2013. Joseph was patient and made sure I was good to go. Rob the owner was awesome. He really changed my mind about dealerships. You would think that they would just stop at selling you the car, but the whole business is ran well. I live on the other side of town so this dealership is not close for me, but the two other VW dealerships that I went to for maintenance and assistance, left me coming back to Stone Mountain VW because they never slacked when it came to making sure my vehicle was safe to drive. Sam in service always made sure I was taken care. Because of how great my first experience was with them overall, I found myself back at the dealership for a second lease. I wasn't sure what option I was going with. I just knew I wanted to stay doing business with them. Mason did a great job of listening to what I was looking for and helped steer me to a vehicle that was best for where I am now. Again, if you are worried about finding a place that you feel like you can get the best deal and overall care, I would come here! To me, that makes a big difference because so many other companies only care about the sale not the customer. More
