We spent a good 1 1/2 months looking for the right car and spent many weekends and afternoons on different car lots. Once we decided on the VW Golf Sportwagen, it then came to dealing with several dealerships within a stone throw from our house. Initially I spoke with Wayne Williams over the phone about our most recent experience at a VW dealership just down the road from our house. His instructions were easy, shop around and at the end of the day come over to speak with him and he will beat the best offer. So that is what we did, and the level of service we received during our visit was phenomenal. They didn't beat around the bush or try to lure us in with one price and sell us on another. The only thing they did that was unusual was that they walked us through every aspect of the car to ensure we were driving off of the lot knowing all of the buttons and knobs. My previous car purchase was not like that way at all. They care about their clients and did not treat us as little fish in a shark tank. They did what they said they would and we drove off with our new Sportwagen that afternoon. Thanks to Wayne and Stone Mountain VW! More
