Sung made my experience pleasant despite the car I had initially came to see being pulled from the sales lot due to a safety concern. Although discouraged, I was convinced by Sung's honesty and humor to still look at the cars available. I drove not 1, not 2 but 3 cars Cinderella like and despite coming in for my appointment on his day off, Sung never displayed any impatience with me. I ended up buying a car, I'd never even considered and a week later...I LOVE IT! The Passat Sport is beautiful and sporty! While there were minor issues during the purchase, Sung reassured me that ALL would be addressed quickly and professionally. In my opinion, no car buying experience is perfect but as salesmen go, Sung Hong is as perfect as they come. I would definitely recommend both Sung and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used car. More
