After we drove the car, we sit and talk about prices...and everything was smooth, he explain everything and show us all the options and after an hour he said that financial department will close our deal. I pullled in the lot at 7:47 pm on a Saturday night (they close at 8pm) and had AMAZING service with Mason Reynolds and left with the car of my dreams that same night. The quickest deal of the century. Such a great group of people. No high pressure sales tactics here, just a genuine love of the job and passion for making the best deal for the customer. They make their money by LISTENING to the customer and making the sale you can afford and feel good about. Good to find customer service comes first. Rick walked us thru the paperwork with humor and class and at 9: 45pm we all went home happy! More
