I had credit issues and a new car was not in the picture so he found a car that was a 2013 model Jetta that I was able to afford so my wife got he Jetta. Deni is a true professional that I am going to come back see once my credit gets to the point that I can buy my wife a new Jetta, I am hoping he is still with Stone Mountain VW when that time comes around and if not I'll try and find him to continue the journey. Upgraded my older Tiguan for a newer Tiguan! So we found out Friday afternoon that the engine had jumped time in our 2009 Tiguan and the engine was badly damaged. We were introduced to Deni H at Stone Mountain Volkswagen and he made it a mission to help us get into something quickly. Even though he got off work at 5pm and we weren't going to be able to get there until 7pm, he came back and met us at the dealership. He worked with us to find the exact vehicle we wanted and made sure that we were happy with the car before we ever talked numbers. He was extremely low pressure and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle for us-another Tiguan of course! The whole process was relatively quick and painless, and he even gave us a loaner car to take home until our vehicle was ready the next afternoon. Upon delivery of the vehicle, he took the time to explain all of the car's features to me and make sure that I understood everything before I drove off of the lot. Deni was very patient and treated us with kindness and respect the entire time, definitely something that is very important to us as consumers. We have referred friends and family to Stone Mountain VW as well and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
