Joseph Park cheerfully greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. At that time, Deni was assisting another costumer. Joseph notified Deni that we were there to see him. Deni allowed Joseph to tend to our needs, because Deni was already with another costumer. At no time did we feel pressured. Joseph was very helpful. Even though it was a cold and rainy evening. However, the inclement weather did not detour Joseph from showing us a wide array of the type of vehicle of which we were searching. In the interim, Deni graciously came and greeted us and apologize for his unavailability at that time. Eventually, we located and selected a vehicle that pleased us. We agreed upon a very fair price and move to the finance office. Again, Deni came to us and shared his appreciation for our visit. The finance manager, Rick Kiker, was very personable and professional. The financial process was a shorter that usual experience. The conversation with Rick made the process effortless and stressless. The costumer service was awesome. The purchase of our new Stone Mountain Volkswagen was a very good experience! We love our Tiguan! More
