Poor Customer Service, Multiple Lies, Broken Agreements I came in for a specific car. First they offered $5,000 less for my trade in than two other dealerships I looked at. Then, after spending 2 hours stat I came in for a specific car. First they offered $5,000 less for my trade in than two other dealerships I looked at. Then, after spending 2 hours stating my maximum payment was what we agreed to earlier, they said we had a deal if I added less than $1,000 to my down payment. After I agreed, they stated my credit was 100 points lower than my credit monitoring service said it was, so the payment was again $120 higher than agreed. Then said if I had a cosigner we had a deal. I agreed. They then said that his credit, again, reported well below what his credit monitoring stated it was and that I would have to pay over $100 a month more than agreed. After expressing my frustration with these multiple broken agreements, the salesman said he would speak to his manager and call me back. Instead, he left for the day while I was awaiting his return call. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. More

I'm had my oil change and did not have to wait long no more than an hour and a half and I was in and out plus they also help me with my coupon that I had online. And I had another discount of my oil chang more than an hour and a half and I was in and out plus they also help me with my coupon that I had online. Lori was great to work with; however while at the dealership the Sales Manager was beyond rude. Additionally, while sitting at the sales desk their technician posted publicly on Facebook making fun o dealership the Sales Manager was beyond rude.
