Very satisfied customer I worked with Phillip Franco and got my first vehicle ?.My friend and I have been to a lot of dealerships and talked to many sales people but honestly I worked with Phillip Franco and got my first vehicle ?.My friend and I have been to a lot of dealerships and talked to many sales people but honestly this was the best place with best team. We drove down from Dunwoody, Atlanta but we felt it was worth the time. We are highly pleased working with Phillip as he is very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and he is thorough with his follow ups. He really put us at ease, allowing us time to talk through our decision without pressure.Don't forget Kurt Mechling in finance, he broke everything down so I understood it. With my experience, I can with confidence tell buying the vehicle is both transparent and honest from them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and our salesperson, Phillip Franco. Buyer Beware My customer service experience was atrocious. This is a dealership that doesn’t care about it customers once they drive off the lot. After attempti My customer service experience was atrocious. This is a dealership that doesn’t care about it customers once they drive off the lot. After attempting to sell me a second key at full cost in violation of the pre-certification, Stone Mountain Volkswagen assured me I would be sent a working key free of charge. A week later I received a non-programmed key that I was charged over $100 to program. I contacted VW of America and was told that I would be reimbursed. Weeks later, I have been assured by several Volkswagen representatives that “a check has already been cut” several times and given various explanations for why, weeks after I was initially contacted, I have not received any check. I would never do business with such an unprofessional, shortsighted organization again More
