Used Cars are Not Properly inspected I purchased a low mileage "Like new" 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Stone Mountain Volkswagen on 1-Mar 2020. On 2-Mar 2020 (about 10 hours later) I had a ch I purchased a low mileage "Like new" 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Stone Mountain Volkswagen on 1-Mar 2020. On 2-Mar 2020 (about 10 hours later) I had a check engine light. Assuming it was something minor, I checked the vehicle into my local Jeep dealership service center to be evaluated. They informed me later that day that they were thankful I brought the car in because there was a warped cylinder head. I immediately began attempts to speak to a member of the management staff at Stone Mountain in an effort to return the vehicle by leaving messages and contacting my salesman and finance representative. I finally received a call back on 5-Mar 2020 from a member of the management staff who stated essentially the deal has been processed and this is no longer their issue. I reported the issue to the salesman approximately 10 hours after the deal closed. I am not implying that they knew of the defect, but I am implying that they are not working in the best interest of their community. More

I came from out of state to this dealer and everything was taken care of when I arrived so they got me in pressure me to buy something I didn’t want. If I could use 0 stars I would I WILL NEVER refer you all to anyone I bought a car in Nov and In February the battery went dead and began to leak and then when I can to speak with you all you all said that I to anyone I bought a car in Nov and In February the battery went dead and began to leak and then when I can to speak with you all you all said that I would have to pay to get a diagnosis and for the battery no one looked anything up no one called to confirm anything or nothing then later on after I waited there for 3 hours and they changed the battery he told me that he found out I did have a warranty and I won’t have to pay and he would like to give me a curtesy wash which was fine until it took another out for the wash so I just told him during me my car because it was now 1:30 and I got there at 9:00 NEVER AGAIN !!! I will stay as far away from y’all as I can !!!! More
