Carnet We bought our 2020 Tiguan SEL Premium R line on December 23 2019. Car-Net could not be registered by then. Few weeks later we had to pass by the ser We bought our 2020 Tiguan SEL Premium R line on December 23 2019. Car-Net could not be registered by then. Few weeks later we had to pass by the service to get the issue "resolved". We've contacted the salesmen and Service consultant to ask if this issue could be resolved on a distance, the answer was negative. We drove 2 hours to get to the dealership, spend 2 hours there and got send home with the request to check our mail for our carnet "pincode" and account number. Quite strange, we wondered what they actually did in those 2 hours time. At the end, we never received the pincode and account number for Carnet. We were told that apparently the dealership has a system default and was unable to enroll us ( and other customers that had the same issue ) in the Car-net plan. It is now January 28 2020 and we just got an invitation to once again drive up Stone Mountain to fix the issue. We are simply disappointed of the service we got from VW Stone Mountain. Especially being the "#1 dealership Atlanta ". More

I had an issue with my VW that I bought used elsewhere but came with a third party extended warranty. The Stone Mountain dealership dealt directly with the warranty company and took care of everything an but came with a third party extended warranty.
