The staff is not inviting and welcoming. My car was not ready even after I was told a day prior it was done. The rep didn't test drive the car. My car was in yesterday for a minor repair. A list of pending items was given at the end of the service totaling over $3,000. Once home, I checked 3 previous service trips to find that most of these item pending items was given at the end of the service totaling over $3,000. Once home, I checked 3 previous service trips to find that most of these items had been completed within last 6 months. My trust level with this dealership is very low now. More
