Service on my Passat Pathetic customer service, I showed in the morning for an appointment and was told there is no need for appointments just show up ! I came at about Pathetic customer service, I showed in the morning for an appointment and was told there is no need for appointments just show up ! I came at about 2.30 pm for service at 15’000 miles. From service advisor it should take 1.5 hours. I said that I can’t stay so long just for an oil change so the service advisor told me that I can skip the car wash and it will take only1 hour! About 2 hours later I got my car back with only the oil change done. During the time waiting I was advised that my car will be ready “in few minutes “ Frustration and discontentment is my feeling! Waiting and waiting Chairs Anderson was excellent in his roll and did his best. My Passat was brought in 3 times before being diagnosed correctly. The first time I was told they could find nothing. Second time told me I need a new battery. Finally i brought it back after I week found out it was a faulty power door/window control. Now I had to wait for approval from my extended warranty. Then I had to wait for the part to come in. Two weeks in the service department and purchased a battery I didn't need. More

One of the best things from the whole crew is that you can expect to deal with the truth. They will sell you what you want but will deliver the whole information. No fine prints, no little letters, and for the warranty even they explained what we needed what we did not and what could be done to extend it when we are about to run out of it. This is the second Atlas we purchase at Stone mountain and regardless that we have a VW dealer around the corner, for this crew and service, I'll drive there!!
