He is not just the guy I call on for service but he also is a friend for life. I trust his word and I know he has my best interest in every visit. Sam is out if the office this month and I met Stevie Hall in Sam's absence. Stevie had to bare the news of some new issues with my car. I was not expecting what he told me. With that said, I would like to thank him for his kindness and his going the extra mile for me. Just like Sam, Stevie has the professional demeanor and the patience to handle the hard stuff. My scheduled appointment didn’t mean anything. I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM to have my car checked, and dropped it off a bit early. I called at 2, because I hadn’t heard anything, and I was told that they would work on it soon and give me a call. I mentioned that I needed the car back that night. 5:30, still no call. I got there about 5:50, and they had not worked on it. I asked for my car back, and the service guy said “sure, we’ll pull it to the front for you”. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. Okay. I’m looking for a new service place now. More
