Booked an hour oil change, took 2.5 hours I booked an oil change online which said it would take an hour or less, ending up taking 2.5 hours. They also didn't resent my maintenance notification, which is not a big deal because, Google, but little details like that matter. If I were to get more extensive service, what would be missed? On a lighter note, they were friendly, and there was Starbucks coffee and water available. I probably won't be coming back to this service department as there are about 4 of equal distance from me.
