Service area I am used to service people meeting you in the vehicle once you pull up. Walked into the waiting area no one acknowledged me until after a while befor I am used to service people meeting you in the vehicle once you pull up. Was not directed to a waiting area if one was available or not. The shuttle drivers were nice and pleasant. More
