Recent Visit Was Great, but Had Terrible Experiences Before I have had a terrible visit and interaction prior to my recent visit. This center really needs to evaluate how they operate. I called twice during business hours to setup an appointment and my call went to voicemail. I left a voicemail detailing my info, car and what I needed done and have not received a call back from that voicemail. I called two days later and spoke with Sam. Sam is awesome! I’ve dealt with others at the center and they were terrible. Sam however was awesome! He was prompt to call me back, communicated via text (this was super helpful as I was at work), gave me a time for when my car was ready, waited to meet me even though he was on a call and checked back in with me a few days after I picked up my vehicle. Sam Barry is the absolute best. I wanted to switch to a dealer closer to my home, but I will request Sam each time I need assistance. More

Oil Change/Recalls I went to Stone Mountain VW for an oil change and to have my recalls resolved. originally was only supposed to be there a couple of hours, but the vi I went to Stone Mountain VW for an oil change and to have my recalls resolved. originally was only supposed to be there a couple of hours, but the visit took about 4 hours. Seth was very nice and kept me up to date and the progress of my service. He even offered me his sandwich because I had been there so long and had not eaten. Very kind-hearted and great service!
