Good Service and friendly staff I arrived early, with no appointment, but was greeted immediately by Sam, who listened to the issue that I was experiencing. He told me that there were two cars ahead of me, but assured me that I would get prompt service. The technician diagnosed the problem within fifteen minutes. I was informed that the diagnostics suggested that there were two sensors out, but that in their experience, one sensor out could effect the reading for the second. The technician replaced the suspected sensor and confirmed that a false reading was indeed the case. I also had the coolant flushed and replaced. I got my car back in an hour and a half. To my surprise, it had been washed and vacuumed. Another pleasant surprise was a 15% discount for veterans! Thank you for the great service guys! In this day in age, sensors dominate performance, economy and safety in automobiles. They are as important to the car's functionality as traditional machined parts. Since the sensors are so important, it would have been easy to tell me that both need to be replaced, but that didn't happen. Thanks for the honesty guys! Stone Mountain Volkswagen dealt with me honestly, professionally, saved me money on repairs and maintenance, got me on my way in a timely manner and treated me like a customer should be treated. The end result is that I have found a great dealership that facilitated a visit to my grandchildren at a discount! Thanks for the considerable consideration guys! More
