Great sales process and sales team I initial saw the vehicle I wanted online and was quickly connected with Miguel and setup a appointment even on a day he was scheduled off but we work I initial saw the vehicle I wanted online and was quickly connected with Miguel and setup a appointment even on a day he was scheduled off but we worked it out to come even earlier. He knew exactly what I wanted in the car. As this is my 3rd VW I am pleased with the car and the process of purchasing this vehicle. Between Miguel and Rick(Finance) they didn't give any bogus sales pitches or tactics other dealers use and were straight up about the pricing and everything. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours between the test drive, financing, detailing of the car, and discussing my potential trade. This dealer have the best prices in the city and wish I used them for the other 2 VW's I have. All in all, I love the car and hope to keep it as long as I kept the car it is replacing for over 10 years! Hope to see you guys again when it's time for the next one! More

There have been occasions that dealin Although I was unhappy to let my Jetta TDI go, Irnes Masic found a GTI that was an excellent replacement for it. There have been occasions that dealing with car salesmen were not unlike dental appointments-necessary but painful. This experience was quite the opposite. Irnes provided the information needed to make an informed decision regarding a new car but I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. The car I chose wasn’t currently in his inventory. Rather than trying to talk me into buying a similar automobile that WAS on the lot, he did a dealer trade to get me an upgrade to the one I wanted for much less than I had anticipated. After the purchase was completed and the papers were signed, Irnes made it clear that he would he would be there for any questions I might have or any assistance I may need. As anyone who has purchased or test-driven a newer car knows, these machines are less than intuitive. So I may have to take him up on his offer to problem solve via FaceTime (how cool is that!?!). More
