However, there was a lot I didn't know about purchasing and financing a car, and my previous car was almost 20 years old. Miguel very clearly explained how the new car works, the features, and key things I should know, which was very helpful since I wasn't used to all the technology in my old car. He explained my different payment options and plans and helped me pick the right one for me. All the while everything was very clear but also very friendly and conversational. As soon as I decided on my purchase, about 15 minutes later I was greeted by Tamimi to do the finances. Again, he was very friendly but also very clear in explaining my options and what was going on. I appreciate all of the help from both Miguel and Tamimi. We even took some great pictures of my old and new car! Miguel also followed up with me to make sure everything was going well and to see if I have any new questions. It was a supportive and great experience! And I am very happy with my new car!
