Carlos Miranda was the sales person we talked with and he exceeded all of our expectations. As former Volkswagen owners, we were glad to support the Volkswagen brand once again. We live outside of the Metro Atlanta area and we had been searching for a vehicle like the one we purchased. We researched for a particular vehicle online, and Stone Mountain Volkswagen had the vehicle we wanted. We had a great experience when we purchased our first Volkswagen from Stone Mountain Volkswagen (Dwight Harrison Volkswagen) in 2003, so we didn’t hesitate to return and test drive the vehicle. Carlos was extremely professional and cordial, and he answered all of our questions. Even though we didn’t make a purchase on the same day that we took the vehicle on a test drive, Carlos was available to answer all of our additional questions via phone/text/email. After a week had passed, we finally made the decision to make a purchase. We called Carlos and asked if the vehicle was still available.....and it was still available. We came back to Stone Mountain Volkswagen and the purchase experience was wonderful. Some of the same people who worked at the dealership when we purchased our first Volkswagen are still employed there, and for us it was a reunion of sorts. We are pleased and happy with our 2018 Volkswagen GLI and it is absolutely fun to drive. The price of our vehicle was on target and we couldn’t bypass this opportunity.
