Brought in my C7 Z51 Corvette for an oil change that I made an appointment for. The service advisor was short and unhelpful. I was there for two and a half hours. After arriving home, it was discovered that the car was two quarts low of oil. I contacted the service department with the issue never resolved. Service Manager seemed not to care. No apology. No concern for my business whatsoever. I would give one star if it were not for a wonderful salesperson that engaged me while waiting. More

In most cases sitting down with the finance guys is usually a long and dreadful process, but this was not the case at all! They both looked out for my best interests in mind.
