If I could give this place Zero stars, I definitely would! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! They are THE definition of sleazy car salesmen. Came in to buy a specific truck and told them exactly what I need would! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! They are THE definition of sleazy car salesmen. Came in to buy a specific truck and told them exactly what I needed and where the payments needed to be. They couldn’t get it there that day. A couple days later they called and claimed they got the payment to the right place and told me to come back out there. (2 hour drive one way) I get there and they had lied. They handed me the deal to sign and it was still way above what I told them I could do. I got mad and they got all butt hurt when I tried to walk. I mean, this salesman started treating me like trash. They fixed it, I signed and then said it wasn’t done being detailed so I couldn’t take it that day… so I had to drive out AGAIN! Go to drive it off the lot and the window controls are not connected and lift totally out of the door. Their response was to just glue the broken part back down. Then it breaks down after only 2 months. Would not start at all. Can’t get a call back from service (I did buy the warranty btw) I end up fixing it myself. Then it breaks down again with a different issue about a month later. Again, can’t get service to call back. Finally reached someone who said I had to bring it to them for the warranty to cover. Drive it 2 hours to them to be told they can’t look at it because it wasn’t a Chevy!! Tried to see about getting out of this xxx and they try selling me a more expensive truck at list price. Uh, no. Also find out they sold me a truck with multiple open recalls including one for an issue with the antilock brake system. Now I'm stuck with a xxx truck that both sales and service refused to stand behind. (These weren’t even the only issues I had with this deal btw) Should have walked day one and never came back. More

The experience at the dealership has been decent overall. I got my vehicle here back in Labor Day, 2024, and had no issues with the sales rep. I was involved in an incident on December, 2024, and decided to get the car fixed at the collision center here since the dealership is near by my house. It has been a nightmare since. The agent assisting me has been nice and kind, but other than that u have nothing else nice to say. I had to wait until June, 2025 for my part to arrive (a light), and on top of that the original price for the part was changed, and so I had to pay more for it. What was suppose to be $1600 has added up to be $2500. On top of that I had to continue driving a car with a damaged light. I work in Arlington, and although I only have to drive there 2 times a week, it is still a dangerous drive with a broken light that is my front turn signal. To add further salt to the injury, when I finally got my car back the front bumper was not fixed properly and scratches where left behind. I then had to drive myself to the collision center repair shop on Plano to get it fixed (at the same time being told this would not be covered under warranty), and they ended up telling me it could not be fixed. I am now having to pay even more and wait even more. I am not one to write reviews but this has been a horrible experience, and one which makes me wonder if I should ever return to this dealership. I already have family come and get a different vehicle from them because I had liked them, but now I do believe it will be best if we never return here again. More

In my opinion, this is the most dishonest and underhanded dealership I have ever dealt with. We spent a week going back and forth in negotiations on a particular vehicle and experienced multiple "bait and sw dealership I have ever dealt with. We spent a week going back and forth in negotiations on a particular vehicle and experienced multiple "bait and switch" tactics. The salesperson asked me via text to meet him halfway on the price just to get me to come in. And when I did, he did not honor that and instead, started our negotiations at the full listed price. Going forward, all I heard from him was, "let me ask my manager". Carson, who represented himself as the "Manager" was only an assistant sales manager with no authority to honor the promise he made to me. He told me that he would work with me on the price if we agreed to finance through them. I told them that we could get a 5.75% interest rate with our credit union and he said they could easily match it and likely beat it. So, of course we agreed, and I came back in with my husband to make the deal. When my husband and I went back in, we were given a final offer sheet showing 8.99% interest rate (we have over 800 credit score and my husband is an executive in the finance industry, so that was not the issue.). Jean and Carson both admitted they have no control over interest rates, that the finance department handles that. I said, no problem we'll just finance with our credit union as originally planned. Then they told me the price would go back up if we did that. I could go on and on about the other inconsistencies, but I'll save that for our letter to Chevrolet Corporate. Please do not do business with this dealership. They are underhanded, at best. We even tried emailing the manager, Julian Trujillo, with our concerns at the beginning of this process and that email went unanswered. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The only reason we even continued to try and deal with them was because they had the particular vehicle we wanted in the colors we wanted, with no others available anywhere near us. Finally, we walked out for the second time when they refused to honor anything that was previously promised. Carson called us less than 5 minutes later to offer the deal we wanted... so my husband asked him to send in writing via email, which had incorrect terms that my husband pointed out. We accepted the revised deal later that evening via email. The next morning, they claimed the vehicle was sold just minutes after we left. They certainly have no interest in having a good reputation or customer retention. I will make it my business to tell anyone who listens, never to do business with Stonebriar Chevrolet. More
We are a non profit who helps first responders and their families. We purchased a pre owned vehicle from Stonebriar Chevrolet for a nurse that was in need of a vehicle. The dealership and Management a their families. We purchased a pre owned vehicle from Stonebriar Chevrolet for a nurse that was in need of a vehicle. The dealership and Management assured is that this vehicle was 100% solid with no issues. They (Freddy and Carson), misrepresented the condition of the vehicle sold to my client and treated us like garbage. A week after she took possession of the vehicle we purchaed for her, it broke down from several issues. To date... It has cost her $7,000 in repairs. After three weeks of leaving messages Ray, the pre owned director said they would fix the issue because it was something that they had previously worked on and supposedly reparied less than 30 days in their service department... then changed his mind. Alfredo or "Freddy" cursed me and my client over the phone. I'm not sure how you want to be treated, but dealing with this dealership was horrible. We were lied to, taken advantage of, cursed at, belittled, and conned. And in the end they robbed a front line First Responder. Someone that serves the public selflessly every single day. All we were asking is that they repair the issue that they had supposedly already fixed... nothing more. More
