Purchased a new Suburban from Stonebriar and was highly disappointed. The price of the vehicle was fair, but there were additional dealer costs that I was charged for, but did not receive. The sales person knew nothing about the car and I had to self learn all the technology. Come to find out, the rear view mirror camera was popped out of socket and angled down. When I called about this, my sales person said “I’m so sorry to hear about that. I didn’t even know your vehicle came with that”. To make matters worse, we were charged $500 dealer costs for “ceramic” tint on the vehicle. When I got home I noticed that the only tint on the vehicle was on the front two windows. I took the vehicle to have tint installed on the rest of the vehicle like I was told was already there, and come to find out the little tint they did install wasn’t even ceramic. Tried for days to get ahold of anyone to talk to about this. My complaints were completely disregarded by upper management. Passing my concerns around to the next person. Finally talked to Pete, and again, total disregard of my concern. I’ll never shop at this dealer again. Lied about additional dealer costs, I can’t even prove it has the “ceramic” coating on the paint. What happened to dealers treating their customers good and not using shady lying sales tactics to squeeze more money out. Overpromise and underdeliver is their motto. More
Service reps and sales agents helpful and have a good attitude. Need to push a bit sometimes for best service but you get there. Service dept does good work but slow even with appointment. attitude. Took a chance for oil change walk in because I didn’t make an appointment! They did it without hesitation. Also they did engine check and identify what requires immediate attention! If I could give this place Zero stars, I definitely would! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!! They are THE definition of sleazy car salesmen. Came in to buy a specific truck and told them exactly what I needed and where the payments needed to be. They couldn’t get it there that day. A couple days later they called and claimed they got the payment to the right place and told me to come back out there. (2 hour drive one way) I get there and they had lied. They handed me the deal to sign and it was still way above what I told them I could do. I got mad and they got all butt hurt when I tried to walk. I mean, this salesman started treating me like trash. They fixed it, I signed and then said it wasn’t done being detailed so I couldn’t take it that day… so I had to drive out AGAIN! Go to drive it off the lot and the window controls are not connected and lift totally out of the door. Their response was to just glue the broken part back down. Then it breaks down after only 2 months. Would not start at all. Can’t get a call back from service (I did buy the warranty btw) I end up fixing it myself. Then it breaks down again with a different issue about a month later. Again, can’t get service to call back. Finally reached someone who said I had to bring it to them for the warranty to cover. Drive it 2 hours to them to be told they can’t look at it because it wasn’t a Chevy!! Tried to see about getting out of this xxx and they try selling me a more expensive truck at list price. Uh, no. Also find out they sold me a truck with multiple open recalls including one for an issue with the antilock brake system. Now I'm stuck with a xxx truck that both sales and service refused to stand behind. (These weren’t even the only issues I had with this deal btw) Should have walked day one and never came back. More
