I cannot recommend Stonebriar Chevrolet based on my experience with both their service department and management. My 2025 Trail Boss was brought in three times for the same safety issue. After one visit, it sat for a week before I received any update, and the only repair was a software update. The problem returned, and eventually my truck shut off while I was driving 75 mph on the highway. After towing it back, I was told the battery had been replaced and another software update was performed. When I got the truck home, it failed again in my driveway. While preparing it for another tow, I discovered it still had the original battery with my identifying sticker on it—despite being told it had been replaced. Because I no longer trusted the truck, I purchased a new one from the dealership. After all paperwork was signed, management tried to add new trade-in requirements that were never part of the deal and later attempted to renegotiate the signed agreement for hundreds of dollars. Only after refusing multiple times did they honor the original contract. The most disappointing part was the lack of accountability. No one apologized for the repeated failures, the highway shutdown, or the misleading information about the battery. Throughout the entire process, communication was poor, I was never provided a loaner despite multiple requests, and customer safety never seemed to be the priority. Vehicles can be difficult to diagnose. Dishonesty, poor communication, and a lack of accountability are much harder to overlook. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in Stonebriar Chevrolet and cannot recommend them. More

I had a very disappointing experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet. I visited the dealership in good faith and found a few vehicles that caught my attention, including a Chevrolet Equinox. The test drive went well, and up to that point, the salesperson was helpful and professional. However, once we started discussing the purchase, the experience changed completely. The numbers kept shifting during the negotiation, and I started to feel uncomfortable and unsure about moving forward. Since I was still interested in the vehicle, I left a $500 deposit in good faith to reserve the deal while I finalized my insurance quote. Later that evening, while reviewing the vehicle on the dealership’s own website, I discovered that the same car was listed online for about $3,000 less than the price being presented to me during the negotiation. When I returned the next day to discuss this with the salesperson, instead of receiving a clear and honest explanation, I felt that he avoided the conversation and was not transparent with me. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the dealership and decided to cancel the deal. I requested a refund of my $500 deposit, but unfortunately, almost four days later, the money has still not been returned. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected transparency, honesty, and professionalism from a Chevrolet dealership, but that was not what I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Stonebriar Chevrolet. More
