He consistently goes above and beyond for his customers! Unfortunately, our recent purchase of a brand new Tahoe was disappointing due to repeated tire issues that took THREE visits to finally resolve. The multiple trips, missed work, and inconvenience were frustrating, but what disappointed us most was the lack of communication and accountability from management. Scott did everything possible to help us, and he deserves a 10/10! My disappointment is strictly with management, NOT Scott. To be absolutely clear, these 5 stars are for Scott and Scott alone. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Stonebriar Chevrolet, I cannot recommend him enough! Ask for him by name. He genuinely cares about his customers, stands behind his work, and goes above and beyond even after the sale. There’s a reason we keep coming back to him. I have had concerns since the purchase and have attempted to contact management more than three times through both emails and phone calls, yet I have received no response. The purchasing process itself was also frustrating. I was given the runaround regarding whether the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned, as well as the price and negotiations. Despite having an appointment scheduled to see the vehicle, I spent more than five hours at the dealership. The lack of communication and follow-up after the sale has only added to my concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. More
