The salesperson, “Tony”, stated that there were no optional add-ons included in the price agreed. However, when I went into finance and signed the final paperwork, an additional warranty had been added to the price without my consent. This was presented after I signed the financing. This was deceptive and went against our agreement. To make matters worse, I was kept at the dealership for over five hours. This review is based on the salesperson only More
This place has the worst service department that I have ever encountered in 60+ years. They never call back when they say and after you call them, their response is we are still evaluating the issure(s). ever encountered in 60+ years. I’d like to say that Jeff was extremely professional and very understanding of our situation while we were in Plano for a soccer tournament. The entire visit was stress-free—aside from the fact that shuttle very understanding of our situation while we were in Plano for a soccer tournament. Salesman will lie straight to your face when you ask the price of the car/truck. Once you sit down to work the deal there will me a magic $2,000 or more added to the price. They will tell you that a deposit price of the car/truck. Once you sit down to work the deal there will me a magic $2,000 or more added to the price. They will tell you that a deposit is refundable and then refuse to refund, and refuse to provide any documentation stating the deposit is “nonrefundable”. Then there is their website… the pricing is nowhere near accurate until you enter your information, sometimes $10,000 difference. When I confronted them on their lies and deception the sales manager said “ c’mon, we all do it”. Referring to car dealers More
Purchased new truck on Black Friday. I have bought car in past from them and thought it was a poor experience before, but since they local I wanted to give them another shot. The deal ou I have bought car in past from them and thought it was a poor experience before, but since they local I wanted to give them another shot. The deal outlined on the website was fair, so I really didn't need to negotiate it. However, when I got the deal sheet, there was an extra $2000 in aftermarket adds that was not on the website. Sales rep stated it was Berkshire Hathaway (who owns the dealership) policy that they can't show it on website. I tried to come to fair compromise which they rejected. They also low balled me on trade by almost 30% (offered me like $8K on a truck that had KBB & Truecar between $13K to $15K. So I just ended up keeping old truck. My advice would be to go somewhere else. There are a lot of good Chevy dealerships in DFW area. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the lady in Finance did a great job! More
