The Truck had a mild squeak when I hit the breaks from the day I drove it off the lot, I didn't think much of it due to the fact that it did not squeak every time at first. I took the vehicle in about a month and a half later due to the squeaking happening almost every time I hit the breaks and they told me nothing was wrong with it. After another month now its much louder so I brought it back in for servicing, They called and told me the left rear axle is bent, and that I can't prove I didn't do it because its been over 2 months since I bought the vehicle. Apparently in the state of Texas every pre owned vehicle is sold AS-IS and the manager I spoke with made sure to let me know several times that all pre-owned vehicles are sold as-is. They wont help and the warranty doesn't cover it. Please don't waste your money here on pre owned they do not inspect the vehicles for axle damage and if they do it is not disclosed to the buyer, and this information would be helpful in making a buying decision on their vehicles. I've taken my car to this dealership for major work if needed and this time like the last has lead me all wrong. I've taken my car in for a noise that I'm hearing and they replaced the timing, got the ca needed and this time like the last has lead me all wrong. I called to let them know, took the car back, they had it for 3-5 days and didn't have time to look at it. I took the car back a 3rd time for the noise and again they replaced the timing and low and behold since my warranty is out, they found the problem $1700 later. I told them I've had my car in here for the last 2 years and you couldn't find issue and now when my warranty is out and the bill is 1700 you can find it. I'm writing a nice little note to higher-up and see what can be done. I feel like since I'm a woman they were trying to get over on me but I have bad news for them. More

I have had one of the worst experiences dealing with this dealership. Buyer beware. If they know you are shopping around they will talk you into leaving your down payment as a “hold” on a car and have you si dealership. Buyer beware. I tried to civilly get my money back once the deal wasn’t finalized and I wasn’t able to take the car or pick the car up the next day. After I tried to get my money back they tried to say oh now the deal is finalized come get your car. I insisted on getting my money back and they are refusing and trying to make me pay taxes on deal that was never finalized until after I wanted my money back. They knew I was trying to get into another car, they knew I was in a financial predicament, and they knew I didn’t know much about the car buying process and took complete advantage of me and are now trying to hold the only down payment I have to get into a car. This is borderline scamming people that are having financial hardships just to make a buck. I was forced to call my bank and try to dispute the charge just to get my “hold” back. Also they illegally video and record you while you are in this dealership. More

I brought my Z06 in for a roadforce balance, oil change and to check the alignment. They left the tires in worse balance than before, the alignment was fine but they wanted to charge me so they adjusted i and to check the alignment. They also tightened one lug so much that it warped a front rotor. Great outcome for $500 spent. I will not purchase any vehicle from them and i strongly discourage anyone from getting service here. My first service advisor was very nice even through they tried to charge me for 1.5 quarts more oil than my car holds. The 2nd advisor was ready for an argument and was just a bit rude when the mechanics wouldnt do anything about it after i sat there for 2 hours. More
