I’ve owned a Chevy for 10 years (purchased in WA) and always had excellent, timely service until visiting Stonebriar Chevrolet in Frisco, TX. I’ve been there twice for scheduled oil changes: * The first took 1.5 hours, followed by weeks of unwanted sales calls. * The second took 3 hours, despite being told it would take no more than 1.5-2 hours. The service department seems disorganized and unconcerned with customer’s privacy as work orders were left out in plain view. The sales staff are overly aggressive as I could not walk to the waiting area without being pressured to buy a car, even after clearly saying I wasn’t interested. This experience is unacceptable and inconsiderate of customers’ time, privacy, and patronage. More

Brian in used car sales was just out for sale and Cameron was a sales guy too. A car that was posted online for 15750 ended up costing 23,413.00. We were told by Brian it was 18000.00 drive away then ended up way more. If you get Cameron insist he gives you papers and explains all cost he is putting on there. My bad for not insisting on getting papers too look at. But it was 1030pm at night and we had been there since 7pm HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! STAY AWAY! More

BUYER BEWARE! Went to go see a truck that was listed for $65K ($64,998) only to be hit with $4K in “dealer add ons”. Also had an offer for $31K for my trade in at Went to go see a truck that was listed for $65K ($64,998) only to be hit with $4K in “dealer add ons”. Also had an offer for $31K for my trade in at Carvana and $30K at Carmax and they offered $23K! And when I pointed out the dealer add ons the salesperson took of $2K in dealer adds but then they raised their vehicle price by $2K! I also pointed out that GM Financial was offering 2.99% (which is what I currently have through GM Financial) and they stated that it was either the rate or the manufacturer incentives! Complete lies as my last truck from GM had that rate and incentives! Be careful when visiting this dealer, they will try to steal your car and sell theirs at the highest price possible! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! More
