I ended up purchasing the vehicle under false pretenses. When I signed the initial offer, I clearly stated in writing that I did not agree to any optional add-ons. The salesperson, “Tony”, stated that there were no optional add-ons included in the price agreed. However, when I went into finance and signed the final paperwork, an additional warranty had been added to the price without my consent. This was presented after I signed the financing. I’d like to say that Jeff was extremely professional and very understanding of our situation while we were in Plano for a soccer tournament. The entire visit was stress-free—aside from the fact that shuttle very understanding of our situation while we were in Plano for a soccer tournament. Salesman will lie straight to your face when you ask the price of the car/truck. Once you sit down to work the deal there will me a magic $2,000 or more added to the price. They will tell you that a deposit price of the car/truck. Once you sit down to work the deal there will me a magic $2,000 or more added to the price. They will tell you that a deposit is refundable and then refuse to refund, and refuse to provide any documentation stating the deposit is “nonrefundable”. Then there is their website… the pricing is nowhere near accurate until you enter your information, sometimes $10,000 difference.
