Purchased new truck on Black Friday. I have bought car in past from them and thought it was a poor experience before, but since they local I wanted to give them another shot. The deal ou I have bought car in past from them and thought it was a poor experience before, but since they local I wanted to give them another shot. The deal outlined on the website was fair, so I really didn't need to negotiate it. However, when I got the deal sheet, there was an extra $2000 in aftermarket adds that was not on the website. Sales rep stated it was Berkshire Hathaway (who owns the dealership) policy that they can't show it on website. I tried to come to fair compromise which they rejected. They also low balled me on trade by almost 30% (offered me like $8K on a truck that had KBB & Truecar between $13K to $15K. So I just ended up keeping old truck. My advice would be to go somewhere else. There are a lot of good Chevy dealerships in DFW area. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the lady in Finance did a great job! More

She drove my car into the service bay and within minutes she gave me the full diagnostics report. sent it to get repaired the next day she called me that the car was ready to be picked up. If I could rate her service higher i would she went above and beyond to take care of my problem and did an amazing job while she got it done. Most valuable employee any company would be proud of having her on their side! She had such a wonderful way of communicating and explaining the issues that going, it felt amazing to experience this as a customer. More
Here a short while back I bought a used Tahoe from Stonebriar and I love it! The buying process and service, however, are a whole different story. The salesperson and I agreed to a price and monthly payment and after filling out a ton of paperwork and shaking hands on the deal, I was sent to finance where things got ugly. the monthly payment price went up dramatically. So, I argued that that wasn't the price the salesman and I had agreed on but it was to no avail. I was offered some cheesy warranty to make up for the price increase. And that too way misleading.as it didn't cover all the finance officer had said it would. Long story short, I bought it anyway because I really wanted it. So then comes part two of this slap in the face. I was told that I would be receiving the paperwork for my purchase in a few days via email. Well, that never happened so I called several times only to be told "it should be in my email shortly. AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED! So, I went in in person, and a manager went to retrieve my paperwork and told me everything i need was in the envelope. So, I glanced at it and saw where it said 2016 Tahoe and I left. Well, I guess I shouldn't have placed that much trust in the manager because when I got home, I found that the name on the paperwork was wrong, wrong, WRONG! Wow! how can that even be possible? And they still continue to do nothing! Needless to say, that I will never buy from Stonebriar Chevrolet again and will advise all of my friends to avoid that place at all costs. It's just bad business all around. More
