Stoneham Ford responded

This individual purchased a brand new Mustang. Three weeks after the purchase, he returned with extensive front end damage to the vehicle. At first, the customer claimed that the vehicle was never out of his possession during the three weeks in question. A subsequent check of police records show that the vehicle was in an accident while being driven by a friend of the customer. Unfortunately, this review was found online and no corrective measure was possible. New vehicles are inspected when they leave the factory, when they arrive at the dealership and prior to delivery. Minor lot damage does sometimes occur but the major damage to this vehicle was very obvious. Apparently, this individuals insurance would not cover the claim so he attempted to have us pay for the damage. We refused and he retaliated by writing this negative review.
