I have been going to Quick Lane at Stoneham Ford for over 10 years. To date I have had no issues with their service and customer service. They have quality people doing a consistently outstanding job. Rec 10 years. To date I have had no issues with their service and customer service. Went in for a couple small problem today. Dropped my truck off first thing and took the day off figuring I’d have to leave it for the day. ( now it did snow and the weather was crappy) call to check on truck off first thing and took the day off figuring I’d have to leave it for the day. ( now it did snow and the weather was crappy) call to check on my truck at 12:15 and was told my service advisor was at lunch and he would call me back. (No call) call back at 2pm and Mike tells me 3 guys call out at 8am, that aside he says he has 3 cars ahead of me and not sure they’ll be able to look at my truck today. Well why not call me at 8:30 and reschedule? I’m very reasonable guy but this unacceptable. Also seemed to have an attitude cause I didn’t by the truck from them More

Crooks I emailed regarding a 2017 Ford Edge Sports on their used lot. The lady that responded gave me a price $300.00 less than in their on line advertiseme I emailed regarding a 2017 Ford Edge Sports on their used lot. The lady that responded gave me a price $300.00 less than in their on line advertisement. Just days later they dealership marked this exact vehicle UP $1,500.00 after I inquired in it. According to the Carfax report they have had the vehicle kicking around for sale for 8 months now, and someone finally showed an interested and they go UP on the price. CROOKS! More
