It was somewhat difficult to get the new vehicle we wanted, but not when Pat was involved. Shelby came to the rescue. She even treated us like family. She said "Steve, don't panic. I will get the vehicle for you". She did and it happened extremely fast. She took the time to call me back and assure me that all was set up. Pat spent literally hours explaining and making sure that we were well informed about our new Acadia.
