He was quick to respond, he freely answered my questions, He was forthright with answers regarding fees. We scheduled to see the car, we took a test drive, quickly agreed on price, and we were out the door in less than one hour (including the test drive). I have bought many cars over the years and currently own six. We passed up a dealership just a couple miles from our home with a very similar used car because that dealership has bad reviews.
