We had to take the car back twice to get fixed because it wasn't fully inspected the first time. And they had our car for about a week or two in total. The issue was finally resolved but it came with more headache than it was worth.

Daughter bought a used car and as soon as they had check in hand the attitude for customer service changed. Ended up speaking with Mr.Meyers and now understand why the rest of the staff acts as they do. Was told they recorded phone calls with daughter and when ask who gave the dealer permission to record phone calls Mr.Meyers turned very defensive. I told him I would contact the BBB and he said he didn't care because he had been with the for several years and had a good rating so it wouldn't matter. He also stated that the issue with the car was fine when it left dealer and it had been 5 days so they were not responsible for it. A class act for the leader of a company. Guess that's what happens when you from out of town. Not naming salesman due to attitudes filter down the chain of command. So it's understandable now.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at stoops. Friendly staff and clean used vehicles at competitive price. We will most likely be going back for our next vehicle.
