Service I had an appointment for oil change at 9:45. When I got there Toni asked me if I wanted my tires aligned looking at my records showing it was time for I had an appointment for oil change at 9:45. When I got there Toni asked me if I wanted my tires aligned looking at my records showing it was time for it. I said go ahead and she also made sure if I needed my filters changed they would get that done. Everyone was great at stoops, really like having Toni take care of me. I know they were extremely busy that day & I didn’t know an alignment took a little longer than just an oil change so I was there til 12:45-no problem I’ll know when I go back next time that I’ll b there awhile. iAlso the car wash always seems to breakdown but Toni was nice enough to give me her card so I could come in on a nice day to get a free car wash. Thanks Toni. I plan on buying a new car hopefully this spring & stoops is the place I will go More

Stoops saved Christmas Our family had loaded up our Acadia and we're heading to Erie, Pa from Plainfield for Christmas. We had a code and reduced engine power almost to Ric Our family had loaded up our Acadia and we're heading to Erie, Pa from Plainfield for Christmas. We had a code and reduced engine power almost to Richmond, We called several dealers as we limped the vehicle home and Stoops were the only dealer willing to even look at it same day. Mike Gill was our Service Consultant and he worked us in to their already busy schedule. The Technician, Brian Olson, scanned our codes and made the replacement of the throttle body. We were back on there road heading back towards Erie in about an hour. They went over and above any dealer I have ever dealt with! More
