I called about a pre owned car that I found on line and wanted to know if the car was still available. He promptly went to check and stated he had the key at his desk. I informed him we had a 2 hour drive to the dealership. When we arrived and was greeted by another salesman and escorted to his desk. When we went out to look at the car a hold tag was place on the dash of the car, that Impressed me. After the test drive and was shown the dollar amount the dealership wanted, I made a counter offer that was approved within in a few minutes. Chick went over all the paperwork and explained what service was completed on the car, along with the paperwork from the service center. The dealer fees was explained upfront before going to the do the sales contract office, often these fees are hidden by other dealerships. When we took delivery of the car, Chuck programed our phones to the car and explained the radio and on star system and the other electronic controls to the car. This was very pleasant way to purchase a car with a new and modern dealership. More
