Obviously, one is pretty apprehensive when going to an unknown dealership in a far-away city. I can say that the folks couldn't have been more thorough, professional and friendly. Nikki Arthur did an outstanding job of addressing my concerns - even taking me into the garage to meet the mechanic for a fuller explanation of repairs. Although they had to await a part, they offered to help in any way they could. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!! More
