Very helpful with no pressure to buy. (Ford Edge with Scuba) Back in July of 2015, We were looking for a larger family sized SUV. My spouse and I looked up a few vehicles online that we were interested Back in July of 2015, We were looking for a larger family sized SUV. After looking at a few SUVs, we became a bit restless as the previous viewings weren't worth the buy. My spouse said let's try out Stoops, If we don't like the highlighted vehicle here, we can go home and try again tomorrow, so I agreed. Let me just say, I wish it was our VERY FIRST STOP and will be for any future vehicle purchases!! Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and a friendly demeanor. Even with the store soon to close, there was no pressure to hurry and get us out. Steve "Scuba" Stason was our sales consultant for the purchase of our SUV. We told him exactly what we were looking for (Ford, Edge) and he pulled it right around for us to check out and test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to provide us with all of the information that we asked for regarding the SUV. He didn't pressure us to look at any other cars or even "push" to sale this one. He asked if the car met our needs and it certainly did. We made the decision to purchase the car and be it's new home. We were already pre-approved for financing and just needed to do the paperwork the next day. This process was smooth and didn't require pulling teeth (lol).
