NOTHING GOOD! I attempted to purchase a vehicle that I really, really wanted in Nov. 2017 after my vehicle had been totaled through no fault of my own...the person I attempted to purchase a vehicle that I really, really wanted in Nov. 2017 after my vehicle had been totaled through no fault of my own...the person at fault was a Plainfield Police Officer! I was desperate to get a vehicle as I had been in rentals for over a month. I went to Stoops, (dont remember the salesman), test drove a vehicle, for which I was very interested in purchasing. At first the deal did not go through, I suggested I had more income and awaited another response. I never heard back from them till a couple weeks later. THEY REALLY WANTED TO SELL A CAR DIDN'T THEY??? Well, needless to say, I ended up buying a FORD at another dealership! Now, problem No. #2...Most of last week (mind you, this is now July 2018) and this week I have received at the very minimum of a dozen phone calls from Stoops warranty or extended warranty departments. Even if this IS a separate entity, Stoops apparently SOLD my name and phone number to these entities and now they will not leave me alone! All have different phone numbers & want to discuss my Buick warranty! I have REPEATEDLY told the individuals, that I do not OWN a Buick, have NEVER owned a Buick, and have no INTENTIONS of purchasing a Buick! (Especially from Stoops).I have told these people this AND to stop calling me! But noooo... they keep right on calling! Last week when the calls started, I actually BURIED my mother, out of town and this week, I've had the flu for 4 days! I DO NOT NEED THIS BALONEY! (That is putting it very mildly). To sell or give someone's name to a third party, when NO transaction or purchase was ever done is pathetic. I dont want no excuses, I want it to stop and STOP now! I dont care who has to be called, get it done. Now to future customers...think twice before doing business at Stoops if they do this type of stuff. If I could give zero stars I would! We Love our New Sierra 1500!!!!!! My husband and I had been shopping for a car for months. We finally decided on what we wanted and Zach and the team at Stoops made it super easy. I called and gave them the run down of what I wanted and they made it happen. They had the car pulled up and ready for my husband when he arrived and made the transaction quick and painless. Took 2.5 hours for oil change. Caught lying twice! Was terrible. Said one thing to my wife in waiting room and a different story to me on phone when I called about why my wife and daughter were in the Was terrible. Told her that she had multiple issues with the car but when I spoke to him, there was only a few of these mentioned. He told my wife that he would get an estimate together (that he never did in writing) and that was the reason for such a long wait. After another 45 minutes, he comes back and tells her that he will just call her with it! What were you doing for that extra hour Mike? Do your job honestly and treat All Women like you would treat your mother or your daughter. Then Mike wanted to make sure that he spoke with my wife and not me! What are you worried about Mike Gill? Getting caught in another lie? Not doing your job efficiently or with integrity? Bottom line is Mike Gill got caught lying and trying to hustle a woman, who already waited in the waiting room for 2.5 hours, and did so easily. Never had an issue with Stoops until now. Mike gill and Stoops will lose business. This story will spread on social media. Stay tuned... More

I have two that would probably meet your needs and be in your price range..." For the first time as a car buyer I felt respected as a person whose needs mattered! As a female, I was expecting to be relegated to a 'second' position with questions directed to and through my husband, because that had been the experience elsewhere (and had been very irritated by that attitude.). Chuck talked to me directly! I actually enjoyed the whole experience! Not only did I feel respected, I felt empowered and in control. Stoops is offer the best service and the kindest people! I switched from another dealership and make to Stoops GMC because of how wonderful their customer service has always been to my husband. Really from the sales guy we have had to the service rep, it is hands down the best. The workers are all kind and curtious. They are quick to get you in to have your vehicle looked at and always keep you in the know as they are working. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best outcome when coming to them. Anytime I call over the phone, everyone is so respectful and happy to help. My husband and I have never had a bad experience. We love it so much that we drive from Brownsburg to come to them. And yesterday my husband semi- joked that when we move to arkansas, we will still come back to Stoops in Indiana to buy all our cars. Incredible all around! More

What a Surprise!!! Took my car in to Stoops, as I have for everything, with a door panel loose. Made an appointment to bring it in and have it fixed! Much to my surprise it was more of a job than I expected! The cost was way higher than expected, and I was so upset. My car is almost paid for, with very low miles and I wanted to keep it in great condition, so I agreed to have the work done... Much to my surprise, Tony in the service department found all kinds of discounts and the price was much lower, and the job was done PERFECT. More
