After getting out to peek into a few possibilities, Rich Santomassino introduced himself and chatted away with us as though we were good friends. We posed many questions to him which he answered immediately due to his competent knowledge. We found him to be pleasant, informative, honest, and patient with a couple of green horns when it came to the newer technology which we were unaccustomed to. There was never a moment throughout the entire process of our question and answer time where we felt like "fresh meat." The buying process was just as painless; the certified used vehicle was exceptionally clean, and the price fair. There was no pressure whatsoever as we experienced total freedom to make up our own minds given our options. Rich earned and deserved our trust!
