On September 8, 2021 my granddaughter had called and set up an appointment to get her recent used car purchase to have have the car detailed at 9:30 am. At around 9:20 am I arrived and spoke with the salesman she purchased the car from, he tried to find out where the appointment was placed, he assured me he would get it taken care of along with having the second key made. He told me to check back in a couple of hours, at 11 am I returned and was told that the detail shop didn't have the engine bay detailed yet and told me to check back in a couple of hours. At 2 pm I returned to find out the car was still not done, I couldn't wait any longer, the salesman went and returned with the car and told me that the interior was still damp, which after returning home and inspecting we couldn't find where anything was done, Not even the carpet had been vacuumed. I wish it hadn't been raining hard and having to get to an appointment before leaving the next day to go out of town, I would have spoken with the manager about the situation. Maybe if anyone is interested in checking to find out why I wasted all my time the salesmans name was Tyler Swann.
Till this day no one from the dealership has called to check to see if everything was done. Only being the grandfather and not being the actual customer I cannot leave a rating, good thing for it would be negative.
