Aug 3 2022: maintenance light on so went for oil change on 2020 Honda CRV. Service man says I need oil chg and tires rotated. Then filters, then this, then that.... $700 later, I am in shock. A 2020 car on 2020 Honda CRV. Service man says I need oil chg and tires rotated. Then filters, then this, then that.... $700 later, I am in shock. A 2020 car under 30000 mi. shouldn't need that much. I was there 90min. Labor was $332. If this sounds right to you, go there for your cars service. I cant afford it so I must go elsewhere. More

On September 8, 2021 my granddaughter had called and set up an appointment to get her recent used car purchase to have have the car detailed at 9:30 am. At around 9:20 am I arrived and spoke with the salesm up an appointment to get her recent used car purchase to have have the car detailed at 9:30 am. At around 9:20 am I arrived and spoke with the salesman she purchased the car from, he tried to find out where the appointment was placed, he assured me he would get it taken care of along with having the second key made. He told me to check back in a couple of hours, at 11 am I returned and was told that the detail shop didn't have the engine bay detailed yet and told me to check back in a couple of hours. At 2 pm I returned to find out the car was still not done, I couldn't wait any longer, the salesman went and returned with the car and told me that the interior was still damp, which after returning home and inspecting we couldn't find where anything was done, Not even the carpet had been vacuumed. I wish it hadn't been raining hard and having to get to an appointment before leaving the next day to go out of town, I would have spoken with the manager about the situation. Maybe if anyone is interested in checking to find out why I wasted all my time the salesmans name was Tyler Swann. Till this day no one from the dealership has called to check to see if everything was done. Only being the grandfather and not being the actual customer I cannot leave a rating, good thing for it would be negative. Disgusted Grandfather More

Went in skeptical, came out SOLD! Went to Straub Honda to confirm my choice about buying a new Toyota, either a Rav 4 or a Highlander. Michael Staskey met me at the door and showed me a CR-V. He is without a doubt the most knowledgable sales person I have ever met. I really wanted NOT to like the CR-V and confirm my choice of a Toyota. But Michaels knowledge of the Honda CR-V and his professionalism won me over. He was not pushy or rushed. He showed me how the safety features worked and I was SOLD! The test drive capped it off. The car is awesome and then some. Honda has hit a home run with this car. But it still takes a great sales person to close the deal. And the funny thing was, my neighbor was buying the EXACT same car at the exact same time we were. I can only hope their salesman was as good as Michael. More
