We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our 'buying experience at Street Toyota. We had heard that customer service was the focus of this dealership, and we totally agree with this statement. Our practice is to keep our cars for quite a few years and so we knew we wanted a car with a reputation for longevity, hence choosing Toyota. However, the customer service aspect was extremely important to us as well. Greg Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the car we chose and the other models we also considered. He assured us that we could call him with any question we might have in the future regarding the operation of the car. He did take quite a bit of time to walk us through the basics of the 'whistles and bells" on our Highlander Limited before we drove it off the lot. Every person we encountered during our shopping visits were very cordial, helpful and always very cheerful. It was easy to tell that they truly enjoy their jobs and are proud of the Toyota products. I have purchased 5 cars from Greg and he always works hard to find the car I want. This last sale occured after I visited a rival dealership for a different manufacturor and then went to Street to compar hard to find the car I want. When we stepped out of our pickup at Street Toyota, we were met with a friendly salesman (Blair Smith) and immediately offered cold water. The Street Toyota dealership is the best I have ever worked with. The service they provide is far and above anyone else. Being treated like royalty while waiting for my car to have its 5000 mile checkup was awesome too. The waiting area was comfortable and I was given updates about the time involved in doing the checkup on my car. It was very fast and I enjoyed the living room style waiting area with a person to bring me water and coffee. Dave Walker did not pressure me into any purchase. He gave me facts and I did not have to wait while he 'negotiated with some unknown person" which is the case at other dealerships. He took lots of time with me and even though it took until evening hours to complete the purchase, etc. he stayed with me and made sure I knew how to use everything in my new Camry. More
