Street Toyota had a good selection of vehicles on the lot. Their website was easy to use and provided a good way to look at options, cars on the lot and what sorts of used vehicles were available. My only complaint was that apparently I was expected to have a great emotional investment in my new vehicle and the sales rep seemed disappointed when I was not giddy with happiness at the sight of my new pick-up. Buying a vehicle is a business transaction and I just wanted to pay, get "checked out" on the vehicle and leave to get other things done. More

The Street Toyota dealership is the best I have ever worked with. The service they provide is far and above anyone else. Being treated like royalty while waiting for my car to have its 5000 mile checkup was awesome too. The waiting area was comfortable and I was given updates about the time involved in doing the checkup on my car. It was very fast and I enjoyed the living room style waiting area with a person to bring me water and coffee. Dave Walker did not pressure me into any purchase. He gave me facts and I did not have to wait while he 'negotiated with some unknown person" which is the case at other dealerships. He took lots of time with me and even though it took until evening hours to complete the purchase, etc. he stayed with me and made sure I knew how to use everything in my new Camry. More
