When we stepped out of our pickup at Street Toyota, we were met with a friendly salesman (Blair Smith) and immediately offered cold water. Our practice is to keep our cars for quite a few years and so we knew we wanted a car with a reputation for longevity, hence choosing Toyota. However, the customer service aspect was extremely important to us as well. Greg Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the car we chose and the other models we also considered. He assured us that we could call him with any question we might have in the future regarding the operation of the car. He did take quite a bit of time to walk us through the basics of the 'whistles and bells" on our Highlander Limited before we drove it off the lot. Every person we encountered during our shopping visits were very cordial, helpful and always very cheerful. It was easy to tell that they truly enjoy their jobs and are proud of the Toyota products.
