I believe she worked hard to get us a good price on the Prius; I didn't get the price I wanted but she was honest and explained why she couldn't get that price and I was satisfied with that. I would highly recommend her to my friends. Street Toyota has great customer service and I am very happy with the fact that I went local instead of shopping around the country for a better price. Their customer service more than makes up for any price saving that I might have made with a dealer in another city. They greet you at the door with a smile, offer you a drink and/or a cookie, and their waiting area is very comfortable. Their service on the vehicle is trusted since I believe that dealerships know the vehicles better than independents. If you do not want to wait, they have a courtesy vehicle that will take you where you need to go and come and get you to bring you back. Overall, with the salesperson and the follow-up customer service, it has been a great experience. When I choose to buy another car, I will go there first. More

After owning my 2010 Toyota Camry for nearly 2 years now, The last visit was the final straw. My mother had brought the vehicle in for a routine front end alignment. The service manager informed her that they could not perform a front end alignment on the vehicle without new tires. Anyone who is even slightly mechanically inclined knows the tires have nothing to do with the front end alignment. The alignment can however affect tread-wear of the tires, which was the case. The BF Goodrich tires that came on the vehicle were completely worn out on the passenger side in 15,000 miles. (After 3 Rotation and Balance visit) Hence why I was there to get the alignment done before hand so I could purchase tires at a later date. I will never take my car, or my money to Street Toyota. I felt that I was treated with integrity and respect, not only in the negotiating process, but also in the financing and insurance process. I wasn't pressured to buy the add-on products that I didn't want, which is usually what happens at other dealerships. I explained that I didn't want them, that they didn't fit with how long I thought I would own the vehicle and it was nice to not be hounded. I am giving a rating of Excellent because greeted and the door of the dealership, then ,asked by at least three people if i may be helped,then directed to a courteous salesperson and he greeted me and i aske door of the dealership, then ,asked by at least three people if i may be helped,then directed to a courteous salesperson and he greeted me and i asked may i drive the Tundra pointing to the white with tine, he with no hesitation got me the keys and said take it for a drive, I went on a drive(by myself) then returned to the salesman and said lets talk about a purchase, I told him the price i wanted to pay (including tax title and license), with mud flaps added and he went to the salemanager to get ok and returned promptly and the purchase was final, no haggling or run around. David Walker made me feel like i was now in a family and he was just a good guy. He told me i could pick up Tundra after they detailed and put on mud flaps and i came the following Monday and David went over every option in the cab and on the truck with me and my wife. Again courteous and helpful and just friendly and a great guy. He told me everything about the 5000 and 10000 mile checkups for the truck and the service department. Because of the way i was treated i WILL come back to Street Toyota and also look up my FRIEND David Walker when i am ready to purchase another vehicle. More

I went to the lot looking for a completely different car but Gary is very intuitive and suggested I look at a used Avalon.
