My primary guide through the experience (I hadn't bought a new car since 1971) had the patience and knowledge to make me feel comfortable. I test drove three different models and was pleased to negotiate a very reasonable price for the high quality I was getting. My experience continued after making the purchase with a tour of the facility, efficient communications with other key personnel, and an invitation to continue asking my questions as they occur to me. I received an excellent review of the functions of all those buttons and operations available on my new car and offers to pair my cell phone should I ever buy one. These folks made me feel like one of the family. More

We were impressed because we had told him we were in no position to purchase at the time, only looking. But he still took the time with us. He was also very friendly. So when were ready to buy, we looked him up and contacted him by email regarding the car we were settled on. Most of the buying experience we were able to do over the phone, online and by email, which was great for us since we live two hours away. Again Mr Bentley was very helpful and assisted us through the whole process. We felt relatively little pressure with regard to the price negotiations compared to previous buying experiences, as we had been upfront from the start regarding our budget. The rest of the people we were in contact with throughout the buying process were also helpful. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr Bentley's appearance in particular. We were also enjoyed our experience with Laverne Davis, who made us feel very welcome during our time at the dealership! More

After contacting Street Toyota by email I got a phone call from the salesman I had dealt with before. With a couple of phone calls we completed a deal. I went in the next day to sign the papers. My new car was just reaching the port in Houston so I had to wait a couple of days to pick it up. All in all the trade was fair and pain free. More

Great Customer Service for a small town guy from Childress!! I just recently purchased a used Cadillac from Street and the salesman David Saied was great. We made a deal in a matter of minutes and the experience was top knotch. We need more Salesman like David that knows how to treat his customers. I also want to say that Katie Greenhouse was a breath of fresh air. She is a sweet heart and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done for me. I have called Katie a couple of times asking questions and she always make me fill like I am the most important person at that time. I will only do business with David and Katie in the future.
