Above and beyond We traded in a 2000 Honda Accord on a 2011 Cadillac CTS. The purchase price of the Cadillac and trade in for the Accord were fair prices. Johnathon Rejino went above and beyond what I expected. The Carfax showed an outstanding recall on the Cadillac, and he took the car to the Cadillac dealer to have it done. When I expressed concern about the Cadillac coming with only an inflator kit instead of a compact spare, he had a compact spare kit purchased at Street Toyota's expense, a $610 cost. The overall experience was about as pleasant and satisfying as it could have been. More

I literally wore out my first tC (222,800 miles) and while I had hoped to make it to 300k, I can't say I was disappointed by the car's service. That's why I bought another one. I can't say enough about the customer service provided at Street. I would especially like to thank Micah, who took my call when my first tC died on Hwy 136. She saw to it that I was towed in safely and in a much more timely manner than AAA (who said I'd have to wait 2.5 hours) and also that I had a rental car waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. Chris Carter was also especially helpful getting my new car outfitted with everything I wanted. And, as always, Edward Jordan made sure all my service needs were addressed on my old tC -- I feel as though that car was as much his as mine because of the 7+ years he helped me take care of it.
