New Vehicle Purchase I had done my homework researching cars on the internet. When I narrowed my search, I utilized the car buying service from my credit union. With my certificate in hand, I was given David Saied as the certified dealer's contact. David and I discussed the car exactly as I had desired and they had one in stock. He pulled the car and we scheduled an appointment. I arrived at the dealer early for my appointment and he made arrangements to meet me there. He took me through the vehicle and a road test. Yes, it was the car as I wanted. David worked with me through the paperwork and the appraisal on my trade in. Everything went great. I was surprised at the ease of navigating through the new car buying process. I had the pleasure of working with some others at the dealership. Jonas Walls helped me get all the paperwork processed on my trade in and finalizing the purchasing papers. Since I was an out-of-state buyer, Jonas had everything ready and knew exactly what we had to do. The two other individuals that I had encountered, I apologize if I get their names wrong, Chris, who assisted me in getting my appointment schedule for the install of my XM radio. He worked with my schedule and found an appointment time that would work since I have a 2 hour drive to get to the dealer. The final person, Ron, went through the car in detail showing me how systems work and user defined options. He made himself available in case in the future I needed some assistance with any of the setups. He also helped me get scheduled with my first service appointment. I will say that everyone I encountered at Street Toyota made my buying experience stress free. I was always welcomed with a warm smile and friendly personality. I could tell everyone was focused on making my buying experience special. There were many customers there that day, but I was the one most important to the people that were assisting me. When I talk to my friends about my buying experience I had at Street Toyota, I can only praise everyone that made it happen. More

I am from Houston but was in Pittsburgh for work when I was shopping for a Kevin Liu and Street Toyota made for an exceptional car buying experience. I am from Houston but was in Pittsburgh for work when I was shopping for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. Being this is a higher end SUV, it isn't easy to find. Street Toyota had a low mileage, clean SRT in the color I preferred. Their listed price was higher than market conditions dictated but they negotiated fairly and via text/email with no pressure to put the buyer on the defensive. I flew in the next day, Kevin picked me up personally from the airport and took me back to the dealership where my SRT Jeep was parked in an enclosed structure out of the elements and away from foot traffic. We looked over the vehicle and it was in EXACTLY the condition I was expecting from the internet listing and photographs. We took a test drive and everything was perfect. The paperwork was all in order before I arrived and we were done in less than an hour. I had expressed to Kevin beforehand that I would be driving the Jeep back to Pittsburgh and had time constraints so he had everything taken careof before I arrived. Tank was full of 93 octane and away I went. I have over 2000 miles on the Jeep since the purchase and have given her a thorough looking over. The Jeep was EXACTLY as described, nothing hidden, at a fair price, and with prompt, honest service during the sale. What else can you ask for out of a car dealer? More
