While it had served me well, we needed something with a few more bells and whistles. Our original intention was to trade my Tacoma in for a 14 model. Doc was incredibly helpful in helping us find a 2012 certified pre-owned that had everything we needed and then some. It was also about $4000 cheaper than a new one would've been. Doc was incredibly kind, helpful, and honest. He never put any pressure on us in one direction or another and was very honest when it came to financing options. Additionally, they gave me $13000 for trade in on my '07. Much more than I expected. Overall we had a great experience, are very pleased, and would highly recommend Street Toyota to anyone in the market. More

Service far exceeded my expectations My Prius started having problems about 60 miles west of Oklahoma City. I called my Arizona dealership and they advised me to take it to the closest s My Prius started having problems about 60 miles west of Oklahoma City. I called my Arizona dealership and they advised me to take it to the closest service center. I called a Toyota dealership in Oklahoma City, but the woman there told me all their appointments were full. She didn't sound like she really wanted any part of my problem. The next big city on I-40 is Amarillo, more than 200 miles away, so I called Street Toyota. When I explained my circumstances, the woman checked with someone who knew about Priuses and told me that I could safely drive the car, and then she gave me directions to their dealership. I was not able to drive the car very fast, and I periodically lost power. By the time I came to Amarillo, it was after 4 PM and I expected that everyone in the service department would have gone home by then. Not only were there people still working, but everyone I talked to seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. When the first superficial electronic assessment showed nothing wrong, Brandon had someone do a more in-depth assessment. When Brandon knew what was wrong, not only did he tell me what it would take to fix it, but he also provided a written estimate. Since the part needed to be ordered and shipped, the fix would require me to stay 2 more days in Amarillo. I was not keen on the idea of extending my trip, so I contacted my husband, hoping that he would agree with me that I could drive slowly to Arizona and then have our dealer fix the problem. The Street Toyota staff waited patiently while I made the phone call, and in the end I stayed 2 more days. I have worked in the service industry my whole life, and I have high expectations when I deal with other service providers. I have been through customer service training that uses phrases like "dazzle your customer" and "exceed their expectations." It is a rare situation when service is that spectacular. Clearly, customer service training is working for the employees of Street Toyota. Without exception, every employee I dealt with this week was totally focused on my concerns while they worked with me. The time frame for the fix was met. The actual cost of the repair was lower than the quote. More
