Greg was very courteous, friendly, and informative in his demonstration of the car that I was interested in. Since the white car was not present and it was raining, he took me to a show room where Jack Money demonstration of the car that I was interested in. Since the white car was not present and it was raining, he took me to a show room where Jack Money had a black model pulled in that had all the same features. He showed me how each control worked and was very thorough in his demonstration. Because I am having a scooter lift taken from my old car and installed into the new one, I have not actually taken possession of the new car. Greg has taken extra effort to move my possessions into the new car and has stored it until the lift is installed. A part for the lift had to be ordered, so it will be next week before it comes in at Mobility Solutions. When I go back to get the new Toyota, Greg has offered to go over all of the controls again so that I will fully understand everything. I am driving to CA by myself, so I want to be sure I know what all of the buttons do. I appreciate all of the service that Greg provided the day that I purchased the Toyota. It was an easy purchase. I also talked to Jack Money, who was most gracious and introduced me to Greg. The Finance Department was also very courteous and efficient in his procedure. Thank you to all at Street Toyota. My first encounter with James Cobb was on the phone. He was able to talk me into driving a Toyota. He was very informative of all the cars. I never felt pressured to do anything that I did not want to. Everyone was over the top friendly and showing me all the details of my car. The real test came after the purchase of the car. I had a incident with the car that ruined the wheel and the tire. James and his team have gone out of their way to help me get this fixed. I am inspired by them working with me and not just dropping the ball. I was very upset, and in the past if I purchase something and returned it the next day, I would have gotten a song and dance that they could not do anything and that their hands were tied and a lot of anything but help. Thankfully Toyota stood behind their products and the people I have come in contact at this store, are willing to go beyond and above their regular job to help.
